Navigating to List of Users:
Once the staff account is open, you will need to click the 'Staff Access' tab (see blue arrow below). Then on the left column, staff need to open 'Manage Users' (see red arrow below). After that staff need to click the 'List Users' link (green arrow below).
[Some users may have to start with another tab such as "DM Specialist." You may also want to have on the Automated Session Extender when typing contacts or making appointments]
