What Happens Next: 

  1. The Lead Interpreter will be notified of the substitute request.
  2. A request will go out to the Service Providers who are available in that time slot.
  3. Responses will be sent to the Lead Interpreter for the assignment.
  4. Service Providers will be notified whether or not they got the assignment.
