ROOM SELECTION FOR FALL 2015 HAS ENDED
Housing Services provided current residents priority to reserve their spaces for Summer and Fall 2015 between March 25, 2015 and May 5, 2015. The priority for the remaining spaces will now shift to incoming freshman and transfer students.
Beginning Wednesday, May 6, 2015, Housing Services started to prioritize and process incoming freshman and transfer students. This assignment phase will continue through August 2015. Residents that submit an online License Agreement (contract) for 2015-16 beginning May 6th will be placed on a waiting list and a space cannot be guaranteed. Based on demand and cancellations, students on a waiting list will be contacted if spaces reopen in late July or August.
If you submitted a License Agreement and have received an appointment time to select your space this week, you will be able to complete this process and reserve a space. If you have an appointment time and do not select your space by Friday, May 8, 2015, you will be placed on a waiting list we well. Please follow through on your appointment time to reserve your space!
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your housing/meal plan contract with at least 30 day written notice prior to the beginning of the quarter. Of the $140.00 initial fee paid, the $40.00 application fee is non-refundable. Cancellation fee may apply after occupancy.
