Where can I find the separate application for Graduate Programs?

Please note that many of Cal State L.A.’s graduate degree programs require a separate application in addition to the application from CSU Mentor. Deadline dates for specific programs can be found in the University Catalog (http://ecatalog.calstatela.edu/) or on department websites. Graduate programs that require a separate application in addition to the application on CSUMentor are listed further down this page. Also included is a link you can access for information on application to your specific program of interest.

Some of these programs will require that you submit a set of transcripts to the academic department in addition to the transcripts that you must submit to the Office of Admissions and Recruitment. To avoid unnecessary delays in the evaluation of your application, please make sure that you request two (2) sets of transcripts—

One set should be sent to the Office of University Admissions:

CSU, Los Angeles

Los Angeles, CA 90032

A second set should be sent to the academic department:

Please check the appropriate website for information about application deadlines and how to obtain the application forms from the academic departments.
