Library Computer Login FAQ's
Q: How do I log on to library computers? A: Current students, faculty, staff, and affiliates (UAS, ASI, etc.) log on to library computers using their MyCalStateLA ID account.
Q: How can I get a campus computer account if I don't have one? A: MyCalStateLA ID accounts for current students and University employees are automatically created through the appropriate administrative system.
Q: What if I am an Alumni of Cal State LA or a member of the community? A: You may obtain a Guest Network Login Account at the Library Service Desk (1st Floor, North). Please note: Library Guest accounts do not provide access to the campus wireless network.
Q: Can I use my Library Guest Account in the university computer labs and other areas on campus? A: No, this account will only allow you to log into computers in the library.
Q: Will I have access to online resources at other CSU's and libraries? A: No. A Library Guest Account will only provide you with access to Cal State LA library resources and access to the internet.
Q: I've lost my account and password, what do I do? A: Go to the ITS Help desk and ask for a re-set of your account password.
