The web is my principal means of out bound and after hours communication with my students as a group.
In the fall of 1996, as I began six years of administrative duties, I had the pleasure of teaching the course below one last time for our graduate students in the MBA program. It has an Accounting course number, but the title is more descriptive. I keep these course notes available on line for historical purposes. To my delight, people searching the web have found them from time to time and sent me questions and comments.
