RESEARCH INTERESTS

I run the Social Interaction Laboratory on campus.  Information about upcoming research projects can be found by clicking here.

My primary research interest is in the area of social exchange theory. My dissertation examined differences in perceptions of fairness between competitive and cooperative exchange settings. I also do research on the topic of emotional labor.
