I serve as a consultant for the Amateur Athletic Foundation of Los Angeles (AAF), and the AAF Rose Bowl Aquatics Center, Pasadena (since 1991), and as director of research for the SoftSport (Second Look for Soccer TM) corporation.

I am married to Sally Frankl, M.D. (Internal Medicine) and together we worship Avi born on 12-16-89, and Hannah born on 8-31-95.

Dr. John Wooden's picture was taken during the Spring of 1999 at UCLA, while guest lecturing in Dr. Tara Scanlan's sport psychology class. It was a great honour and delight to have met Dr. Wooden and to have had the opportunity to discuss the complex issue of sports programs in the academic milieu. Dr. Wooden's picture appears throughout this site with his permission. It is a tribute to a very special man and a great teacher.
