Welcome to CS190, BASIC Programming! The class meets on Mondays from 11:40AM-12:30PM (Lecture), 12:30PM-1:20PM (Lab), and Wednesdays from 11:40PM-1:20PM (Lab). The Website may appear bare now, but as the quarter progresses we will add more content to the site.
A few policies that require mentioning:
All e-mails MUST have the following subject, "CS 190 - Summer 2009", unless otherwise stated. Simply copy and paste this subject into your e-mail prior to sending. I receive quite a bit of e-mails each day, and utilize a filter to sort through them. If your e-mail does not contain the exact subject line, your e-mail WILL NOT BE READ.
Your assignments will be graded in class and/or via CSNS. If you fail to upload your program to CSNS you will not receive credit. No exceptions.
Each lecture/lab, different student's will be assigned the responsibility of taking notes for the class. These notes will be made available on the Course Website no later than one (1) day after the completion of lecture. These notes constitute 5% of your overall grade so be sure to turn them in on time. All notes must be at least 1-page in length, and typed in Microsoft Word format (.doc). Upload your document(s) directly to the CSNS Website before the deadline to receive credit.
