Cancellations and Refunds

Students enrolled in courses and programs offered through Special Sessions in the College of Extended Studies and International Programs (CESIP) are entitled to a refund when they follow the established campus procedures to drop classes.

Students must drop all courses or completely withdraw before
June 25, 2012, to receive a 100% refund of registration fees and nonresident tuition less a $10.00 administrative fee. The $10.00 administrative fee will be withheld from all refunds unless withdrawal is a result of a campus regulation, compulsory military service, disability or death of a student.

Students who drop (partial units or completely withdraw) on June 25, 2012, and up to the 60% point in the session will receive a pro-rata refund of registration fees and nonresident tuition less the $10.00 administrative fee. The pro-rata refund is based on the drop or withdraw date and the length of the session. Students must pay registration fees and nonresident tuition for the number of days enrolled in the session. Refund Request Forms, as well as the Drop Request Form, are available in CESIP, Golden Eagle, Room 211. Both forms must be completed and submitted to CESIP. Allow 4-6 weeks for processing.
