Large Format Poster Printing Services

Large format printing is available to our MORE Programs Participants for printing scientific posters to present at scientific meetings and poster symposiums/sessions.

Poster printing procedures are as follows:

DOWNLOAD a POSTER INVOICE and a CHECK REQUEST- Fill out both forms, include grant number (project ID) paying for the expense, and PI signature.

SUBMIT paperwork to the MORE Programs Office.
The office will send an email to approve printing to Matt.

Make an email APPOINTMENT with Matt Anderson csla_posters@yahoo.com
POSTER PRINTING WILL ONLY BE DONE EVERY WEDNESDAYS OF EVERY WEEK.
copy Vicki Kubo-Anderson at vkuboan@calstatela.edu, Maria Manzanares at mmanzan@calstatela.edu, and your PI.

Please include POSTER PRINTING on the SUBJECT LINE of your email since spam filters may be in use.

If we have not heard otherwise from your PI within 24 hours of your request, we will assume that your PI has approved your poster printing request and accepts responsibility for the payment for the printing.With your request, please include the date and time needed, along with the name of your PI. If you wish to be present at your poster printing, request an appointment (date/time)

Poster Formatting Instructions:

  • The poster should be formatted in MS Powerpoint. If your poster file is not received 48 hours prior to the date and time needed, we can not guarantee that your poster will be printed by the date/time requested.
  • Poster Size is limited to 35x47 inches.
  • If you are not present at your printing or have not arranged to pick-up your poster with Matt, your poster will be left in the MORE Program Office after it has been printed. You will be notified via e-mail.

PLEASE READ:

NO Printing services will be done without the proper paperwork.

NO editing and NO reprints wil be made.Make sure your poster is finalized,

NO printing on demand! Printing requests need to be made at least 3-4 days in advance to print date.

NO Refunds!
