Services or activities: Organizing middle to low income people to fight for social change. Clients are also members.

Formal training program: No: for short term volunteers training is on-the-job 

Personal qualities of volunteers: Outgoing, like working with people. Are on the lookout for people who are bilingual or like to work with computers.

Required skills/qualities: Outgoing, like working with people.

Direct supervision: Yes, daily

Supervision entails: Daily check-ins.
